To provide high quality, experienced and confidential cosmetic surgery is essential to the care that Dr. Lacey and his staff offer at Kanata Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery. We have created an accredited and licensed private on-site surgical facility for local and general anesthetic surgery.
We are very proud to have the only private fully accredited (CAAAASF) Cosmetic Surgery facility in Ottawa. The accreditation was a process which we underwent over the past year in order for us to achieve standards which equal if not surpass those of a hospital.

Dr. Jean Blier is a huge asset to Kanata Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery and has been instrumental in setting up our anesthesia service.. He is head of anesthesia at our facility. He works as Chief of Anesthesia at Montfort Hospital in Ottawa. Dr. Blier graduated from University of Sherbrooke and went on to do his Anesthesia training at University of Ottawa. Dr. Blier has worked overseas on several assignments for the National Defence of Canada. Dr. Blier is a member of: the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, Canadian Anesthesiologist Society, Canadian Medical Association/ Ontario Medical Association.
