Melissa is an experienced OR nurse who has specialized in surgical assisting and oculoplastics for 14yrs. She attended McGill University, St Lawrence College, and Algonquin College. Her other experience in multiple specialties within the OR include gynaecology, ophthalmology, urology, general surgery, orthopaedic surgery, dental and ENT. Melissa also brings a knowledgeable background in wound care management. Always positive and enthusiastic, Melissa is here to assist in your patient experience from beginning to end. Always happy to answer any questions -ensuring you are prepared and comfortable for your surgeries, and confident in your recovery path.

On Melissa’s downtime she can be found enjoying activities with her children, kayaking, paddle boarding, jogging, swimming or polar swimming.
