Dr. James Lacey attended medical school at McGill University, completed a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the McGill University Health Centre and assumed the role of Hand Fellow and Instructor in Hand Surgery at the University of Rochester. In 1999, he founded Barrie Plastic Surgery. Then in 2006, he started his exciting and extensive new practice in Kanata. Dr. Lacey is Board Certified in both the U.S.A. and Canada.
